Day Two

Well today was another big day. The four mums and one grandma were in the senior school today. We were very popular, the teachers were almost fighting over us. Anyhow we spoke to the years 7 & 8's. The kids were very excited. We are all blown away at how welcoming every one is. By the end of this week I think we will all have a new profession of teaching.

After school finished we all went the the Nazareth Village which is a replica of Nazareth when Jesus lived there. It was very interesting. There was a cross that would have been similar to the one Christ was crucified on, it was not much taller than me. There was an 400 year old olive tree there which is young for olive trees. The whole village had houses, synagogue, natural wine press items that would have been used in those times.

On our way to the village we stop at a street cafe and Nick had his first real falafel, which he ate and enjoyed.
